Jan Friis, Senior Vice President for Government Relations at the Council for Higher Education Accreditation, recently participated in the Asia-Pacific Quality Network meeting in Dhaka, Bangladesh. As a keynote speaker, Friis addressed the conference on "Innovation and Sustainable Development in Higher Education," emphasizing the importance of diverse education delivery methods and advocating for competency-based education and other modalities. The Asia-Pacific Quality Network continues to utilize CIQG Quality Principles in evaluating institutions, as confirmed during the conference.
