NCPA provides training of experts, student assessment and student feedback. NCPA also publishes the journal "Accreditation in Education" to disseminate the information among academic community and general public. 2 Criterion: Mission statement and objectives: Measure: The agency has formulated a mission statement and objectives which are consistent with the nature of the agency Description: NCPA's mission is to form and develop quiality culture of higher education within the Russian quality assurance system through identification, assessment and accreditation of the best educational programs in compliance with the Russian legislation and ESG-ENQA. NCPA's objectives: 1. To identify, develop, and implement the quality standards for educational programs delivered by HEIs, in compliance with ESG-ENQA. 2.
