Object 3 was added in 2005 to accommodate the development of the Pacific Qualifications Register. SPBEAâ??s functions as â??the agency responsible for quality assurance at institutional levelâ? although it is â??work in progressâ?? but is a given in the course of developments. 2 Criterion: Mission statement and objectives: Measure: The agency has formulated a mission statement and objectives which are consistent with the nature of the agency Attached also is SPBEAâ??s Strategic Plan for 2010-2012.
