Professional Summary Description: Is working with universities for almost 20 years both as academic and administrative staff member. Currently he is the president assistant for planning development and quality and also the director of quality assurance unit at An Najah University. He has participated in several training courses in the field of quality assurance at the program and institutional level and he has conducted several workshops on the self assessment at the course, program, faculty and institutional levels. Participated in several national and international academic programs review process as reviewer and consultant where some of these reviews were with UNDP. A reviewer with the national QA agency since 2002. As the director of quality assurance unit, he has the responsibility for all aspects of quality assurance for both new and ongoing programs as well as coordinating with the academic affairs and the national quality assurance agency for accreditation and also he is responsible for organizing the national and international site visits for the university for program or institutional evaluation/accreditation.
