Professional Summary Description: I am a Professor Dr. of the Graduate School of Central Mindanao University handing subjects in the PhD program such as Advanced Methods of Research in Education, Field Research in Educational Administration, Advanced Curriculum Development and Advanced Educational Evaluation. I served as adviser to Doctoral Dissertation of PhD students and masters' thesis of Masters' degree students. I have co-authored books in Research Methods, Social Statistics and Grade 7 Mathematics. I am the Executive Director of the Central Mindanao University High School, College and Graduate School Admission Tests Board and the Director of the Office of Admissions, Scholarships and Placement. I am also a member of the University Publications Board and the Instructional Materials Development Board.

I am a member of the Board of Trustees of the Accrediting Agency of Chartered Colleges and Universities in the Philippines where I served as a trainor of AACCUP New and Senior Accreditors. I am also a member of the Board of Directors of the Phillipine Association for Graduate Education. I served as Consultant to State Colleges and Universities in the Philippines regarding accreditation, instructional materials development, action research, outcomes -based education, assessment specifically in test construction and item analysis.

I am a Project Leader of the research on "The Effectiveness of Instructional Materials in Research Methods, Statistics and Grade 7 Mathematics". This study has been presented in Research and Development Forum and garnered a best research paper award. This has been submitted for publication in a refereed journal and has been accepted also as number one paper. I conducted and published several research papers in teacher education, instructional materials, mathematics education and assessment. I also served as Project leader in our extension project "Adopt-a-School Program" which consists of four studies on needs assessment, instructional materials development, proficiency enhancement of teachers in Science, Technology, English and Mathematics and Assessment of Learning Outcomes.
