Proof of recognition as a Higher Education Institution: Mohammad Ali Jinnah University Karachi is chartered by the Government of Sindh and recognized by the Higher Education Commission. It was established in 1998. Having very competent faculty and enthusiastic leadership we are eager to improve our standards and quality of education. For this purpose we established the Quality Enhancement Cell (QEC) under the guidelines of Higher Education Commission of Pakistan. We are also in the correspondence with ISO 9001 and INQAHEE for improving our quality measures. our membership with APQN will improve our organizational repute, quality of education, teaching and research. Proof of the organisation’s good standing with the local QA agency: Mohammad Ali Jinnah University was established by a government ordinance or charter (THE MUHAMMAD ALI JINNAH UNIVERSITY ORDINANCE SINDH ORDINANCE NO. IV of 2000) as a solely degree awarding university far before Higher Education Commission of Pakistan (HEC was established in 2002). All of our academic system and compliance are aligned with HEC policies therefore, HEC approves/recognizes our degrees from bachelors to PhD level.
