Expert on strategic development of quality assurance for Higher Education. I have been involved in many different activities in this area: from methodology design, to external reviews, consulting for universities and QA agencies or training staff and reviewers. I have a worldwide perspective on Quality Assurance for Higher Education and I have been an active member of the European community of experts for quality assurance in higher education. Technical director for institutional and study programmes evaluations in AQU Catalunya. ENQA expert for international projects EURASHE expert WUSMED expert I am ENQA expert in the ASEAN-QA project coordinated by the DAAD and the University of Potsdam. I am chairing the Working Group for QA of Joint Programmes in the European Consortium for Accreditation. I have been appointed ENQA representative in the EU-Share project in South East Asia. AQU Catalunya expert in a EU Tempus Project in the Russian Federation in order to develop a QA agency in the field of agriculture. Coordinator of the ENQA survey on QA internationalisation.
